We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Associate Business Development Representative to join our team in the Vancouver area. Reporting to the Sales Leader and a part of the National Sales group, the Associate Business Development Representative plays an important role in new business development for the BC Service Division.

Duties & Responsibilities
Researching, cold calling and setting up meetings with potential clients
Utilize proven sales methods to identify and solicit potential clients for future service work
Meet with and develop impressionable relationships with potential clients to successfully understand their needs and specific requirements
Assess potential client needs and resources and recommend the appropriate solution
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of internal staff and customers
Work with Project Representative and provide input where non contractual HVAC related services must be tailored to suit clients' needs
Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to potential clients
Prepare sales contracts under the direction of the Sales Team
Price the agreement according to the company pricing standards
Prepare start-up documents for set up and attend start up meetings with new clients
Continue personal professional development
Participate in department planning meetings as necessary
Keep internal software and database up to date with sales activities
