Job Description
  • Answer phones, talk to technicians daily to provide PO's
  • Assist with keeping employee training files current
  • Assist with new hire paperwork
  • Entering employee data into JDE
  • Filing for various departments
  • Updating Contract Service Reports
  • Organizing Payroll files
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • May order office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs
Desired Skills & Experience
  • ​Knowledge of Finance and Human Resources departments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; must be able to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with an excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality a must
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word
  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 1-3 years previous experience in an Administrative role
  • Experience in JDE is an asset
